People over age 40 may participate , on a full or part-time basis, in the Eldership program. This program provides opportunities for its members to learn, socialize, and enjoy life at a healthy pace. The Day Program nurse works closely with the Eldership staff to assure that the medical needs in this population are addressed.

Activities may include:

• Arts and crafts
• Cooking
• Games
• Visiting a local senior center
• Movies at local theaters
• Outdoor activities such as fishing and exploring parks
• Volunteering or part-time paid work
• Bike Club
• Swimming
• Red Hat Society
• Men's Group
