This department was organized in 1976 and has grown from a small group home to a program that includes Host Homes (similar to adult foster care) and staffed group homes for people with developmental disabilites. Currently, 150 people live in these homes. Opportunities for personal choice-making, skill acquisition, relationship-building, and community involvement are provided in all residential settings.
