North Metro offers an array of services and supports for eligible residents of Adams County, Colorado. Each program is led by a Program Director who works directly with team leaders and coordinators.

The Resource Coordination department provides case management services to eligible consumers and includes Children's Services including the Early Beginnings Program (birth to age 3), Four Medicaid Waiver programs, and the Family Support Services program as well as Adult Services. The Intake Coordinator is housed in this department as well.

Si habla Espanol? For applicants and their families who are primarily Spanish-speaking, North Metro employs a bilingual Resource Coordinator. You may ask for Angela and can either speak directly to her or leave her a message. Her voicemail message is in Spanish and English.

The Residential Services program contracts with Host Home agencies as well as staffing four residences owned by North Metro. Team Leaders, nurses and a dietician provide specific services to consumers in the Residential Program.

Supported Living Services focuses on providing needed services and supports to consumers, 18 years and older, living independently or with family members. Each consumer develops a plan with his/her team; services may include, for example, help with grocery shopping and budgeting or provision of dental care.

Funding for these programs and services is provided by Federal, State of Colorado, Adams County and from private sources.
