Adult Services through Resource Coordination

The Resource Coordination Adult Services Program provides case management to people with developmental disabililties age 18 and older who are actively enrolled in funded programs, such as a day program, a residential program, or the Supported Living Services program.

Case Managers (Resource Coordinators at North Metro) as you may recall from your earlier website reading, are responsible for linking and coordinating services for individuals assigned to them. These individuals make up a Resource Coordinator's caseload.

Resource Coordinators and other departments' employees are responsible for coordinating and evaluating a variety of services for the adult population, including:

  • Supported Living Services - an array of services for people who live at home or on their own.
  • Comprehensive Services - funding for day and residential programs. Residential programs include host homes (a type of adult foster care) and group homes.

Use the left hand buttons to learn more about the Supported Living Services department and the Residential department (Comprehensive Services).
